Parallel Chain Bracelet Kit

I just could not get over how fast and easy this one was. I can make a bracelet an hour after I have all the components pre-fabbed, (by me of course) and that seems to only take app 30 mins for me. Looks fabulous with mixed metals too.

I'm a beginner at chain maille, but this bracelet was easy to do with such a GREAT instruction book. I love the finished bracelet and can't wait, to make one out of 14kt gold now. If you're wondering if you should buy this kit, the answer is YES!! DO IT! You won't be disappointed.

I had ordered this bracelet and thought it would be very difficult to make. Well, after I made the initial links, it went together so fast, I sat there wanting to make more! It is a beautiful, clean looking bracelet and I have received many compliments on it. Thanks again for a beautiful project!

This was really an interesting weave to make. After I made the bracelet I order more rings to make my niece a choker and bracelet which I add red jade beads and hung a Swarovski large red heart. She really gets a lot of compliments on this set. No one makes better rings or better instructions. Thanks for all of the kits you offer and I'm looking for more.

The pictures on the website didn't impress me - I bought this kit mainly to develop my skills - but when I started working on it I was captivated! When you see the bracelet in 3-D, it looks much more intricate than in the pictures - delicate and strong in perfect balance. Also, this bracelet was very quick to make. I'm a slow worker and it only took me two hours. Another winner from Aislyn! Now, when is that dragonscale kit going to be ready?

Not your every day pattern but Aislyn once again makes it easy for you to do it! I am definitely written direction challenged, but with Aislyn's clear concise written directions coupled with her wonderful pictures I can do it ALL!

I couldn't believe how easy it was to complete, didn't even take 2 hours, and it looks so good, I now want a necklace to match!

Great instructions and pictures, which make the one tricky part, not so tricky. Love the rocket tool. I finished the bracelet in 1:45. I also had lots of leftover rings, my bracelet was only 7.5 inches, but I think I could have made it 11

Important things first: The best instructions I've read anywhere. ANYwhere. I'm a slow learner, and have a pile of books and tear-stained printouts of instructions, none of which worked for me. This time, I unpacked the box, and the packaging was so beautiful and inviting, I opened the containers. Gleaming rings, tempting and gorgeous on their own. Attractive round boxes; great spiral bound book that lies flat so you can work and follow along. The instructions have lots of pictures, clear words, simple steps, and before dinner I had completed three inches with no problems. The gift earwire was a nice touch. Because the rest worked, I tried it, despite doubts, and now I'm ordering a bunch. The whole experience is fabulous and absolutely worth doing over and over again. I will.-- Quinn

I wasn't sure I was crazy about this pattern and thought it could be too dainty for me, but I was very pleasantly surprised! After completing my bracelet I looked at the website picture again. I think because the bracelet is in a circle for photography purposes, it looks like a much looser weave than it actually is. The parallel chain bracelet is a solid, comfortable weight and much more substantial than it looks in the photo. I love it! My sister & I completed it in an evening (in spite of all the laughter and fun we had while working). Neither of us even picked up our rocket tools - although I'm SURE they will come in very handy on future projects - like Jens Pind's which we're dying to try! As always, Aislyn's instructions were easy to follow. Do not hesitate to try this one. It is GORGEOUS!

Harder than the apprentice projects - but still got it done in one evening. I DID need to take more breaks for the wrists. Again - combined the pattern with some of Goldie's rings. Came out loeverly.... Great packaging - getting these in the mail is like little christmases....

As normal this kit was beautifully packed and presented. I always love opening my parcels from Urban Maille. The instructions were clear and well written as I have come to expect from UM. The weave was really easy to make and I enjoyed making it very much. The picture on the website does not do the weave justice. It is stunning. Once it is made you can instantly see the design possibilities, and see how to make the wall flowers which is this sites logo. It is however my least favorite bracelet to wear, as it doesn't have the same fluidity that the others have (if you know what I mean) HOWEVER I am really pleased I learnt this weave and I think it is a springboard to many many design possibilites. Maybe not straight bracelets, but pendants/ear-rings etc. I highly reccomend that you do this kit, and the skills you learn from it will be very useful in the future as you continue down the path of Chain Maille learning.

A little more difficult than the other weaves I have tried but the instructions are great and once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze! This weave is amazing.

As usual, this kit exceeded my expectations in packaging, clarity of instruction, and kit contents. The bracelet made up quickly and is very beautiful. I recommend it without hesitation.

After more than a dozen pieces made from your kits, this is one that both men and women are drawn to. It's bold enough that men enjoy it and yet not overpowering as to put off the women. No doubt I'll be ordering more kitpacks for this one or simply ounces of rings to make many more.
