Claw Tool

The trilateral weaves (Roundmaille, Turkish Roundmaille, Inverted Roundmaille) are difficult to start by anyone's standards... unless you use a 3 prong claw tool and then, not so much. The Claw holds those starting rings in the perfect position, like the third hand those weaves make you wish you had, and actually makes them a pleasure to start. It's a little miracle.

The 4 prong claw is great for starting symmetrical weaves like Elfweave. The claws are both invaluable but not interchangeable, as each weave is suited to one or the other but not both.
